At FashionByVLouis, we’re committed to delivering your style moments swiftly and securely. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets from our studio to your doorstep.
📦 Order Processing
•     Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
•     Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details.
🌍 Shipping Options & Rates
We ship worldwide.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

✈️ International Shipping

• Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Currency: All prices are listed in CAD. Your bank or card provider may apply conversion fees.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• You can monitor your delivery status anytime through our Order Tracking Portal.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

• We’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional fees may apply)

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
